Returns: We will accept a return for any reason within 20 days of purchase. We strongly encourage that you take the time to read the size chart to get the right fit so you don't have to go through the hassle. After 20 days we can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective. On T-Shirts: Expect that some shrinking will occur when washed and tumble-dried.

Mail Order: If you do not have a credit/check card or are not comfortable using it on the web we are happy to fill mail orders. Just write down the title of the items you want and send a check or money order, with your address to: Raven Marching Band, Po Box 12713, Portland, Or. 97212 Please add 15% of your total or $7(whichever is less) for shipping costs in North America. For overseas, please pay 22% or $17 (whichever is less) for overseas.

Shipping Methods: Rest assured that your order is recieved and usually shipped within 2-3 business days (MTWTF) via USPS. (Please bear in mind The Raven Marching Band is not Amazon.com. It is run entirely by two people who do their best to make you happy.) Most items are shipped 1st class. Large Orders are usually sent Priority Mail. Overseas orders are always sent Air Mail or Global Priority. Shipping Times may vary from 3 days up to 3 weeks (in rare circumstances.) If you haven't recieved your order within three weeks let us know!
